I.T.S. Models and Talent Management provides its models and talent for movies, TV shows, commercials, voiceovers, theater, industrial films, and all areas of print work in local, national, and international markets.

We started in 2000 as In The Spotlight, an agency focused on children. In 2004, under new ownership and a new streamlined name, we expanded into adults and now represent close to 400 people of all ages and types, union and non-union, in the New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Washington, DC areas. As a boutique agency, we pride ourselves on the personable relationships we develop with both our clients and our talent.

About Tara Graham, President and CEO

Helping people reach their goals and providing them with remarkable opportunities is what drives me. It's why I get up in the morning.

I started out as a model myself and after awhile began using my experience to help other models prepare for their auditions, shows and print work. I ended up meeting various people in the film industry and eventually became an assistant director on several independent film. I also gained experience in the casting process and provided acting workshops for actors and actresses who wanted to work on their scripts. While that was fun and challenging, I missed being able to work with people closely and watch them grow over time. When the opportunity to purchase I.T.S fell in my lap, I couldn't pass it up.

After all my years in this industry, I still get excited about what I do and what I can provide for people. I want to represent the best models and talent and develop long-lasting relationship with my clients.
