BOOKING INFORMATIONBookingBookings will be accepted by email, online booking request form, fax, phone and considered tentative and not binding on either party unless confirmed in writing at least 3 working days prior to the commencement of the confirmed booking. topTentative BookingTentative bookings must be confirmed or released 72 hours prior to booking; otherwise secondary booking will take precedence. If client does not exercise the option to release or confirm tentative bookings, the agency reserves the right to cancel. topRatesAll model / talent rates shall be established or negotiated individually. Rates are applicable to shooting time only. All usage must be negotiated separately. One hour minimum on all bookings. Length of bookings must be specified at the time of booking. Hourly rate applies to shoot time between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M.. Bookings before the hours of 8:00 A.M. and after 5:00 P.M. are billed at time and a half. Holiday, Saturday and Sunday bookings are billed at double time. topSwimwearSwimwear is billed at time and a half. Client must specify type of swimsuit at time of booking. topFittingsFittings are billed at full rate with a half-hour minimum. Fitting rate applies when a garment is pinned or adjusted, or when model is required to try on two or more garments. topTravel ChargesTravel must be negotiated prior to the booking. Agency must be provided with the address and phone number of all locations. topPreparation TimePreparation time for make-up, hair dressing, rehearsal, etc. are billed at the full hourly rate. topInternetInternet booking rates are booked as print rates and are negotiated on a per job basis. topCancellationsMust be made at least 24 hours prior to time booked or one hour minimum will be charged. topWeather PermitCancellation fee is a one hour minimum if notification is less than 2 hours before the model/talent leaves for the booking. Type of weather permit must be indicated at the time of booking. topProductAll product bookings and usage fees are subject to negotiation. Please check with the agency for conflicts and rates. No product packaging, point of sale, posters, billboards, hang-tags, use of model/talent's name, package inserts, display materials or national advertising may be used without agency clearance. topUsageAll rights are limited to the specific usage term and media determined at the time of booking and may not be extended without re-negotiation. topTest ShootingModel may not sign a photographic release and photographers may not use pictures, unless specific arrangements have been made with the agency prior to shooting. topClient ResponsibilityAdvise agency of double, triple or group bookings. Disclose extraordinary conditions or requirements, including wardrobe. Provide adequate dressing facilities on all bookings. Any cause for complaint should be reported to the model agent during the course of the booking. topFilm and VideoAll bookings involving motion picture, film, or video recording must be negotiated in advance with the agency. topStyling and Make-Up Artist BookingsFees are based on the individual's personal rates and quoted upon client specification topBilling Policy and ProcedureAt the time of booking, please provide client name, address and purchase order or job number. All invoices are net 30 days. A finance charge of 3% per month will be added to all invoices not paid in full in 30 days. Invoices that are 90 days are subject to collection. Release for model/talent is not valid unless payment is received by I.T.S. Models and Talent Management. topVouchersAll bookings through I.T.S. must have completed voucher / release. The model / talent will complete the voucher / release and present for client signature at the conclusion of the booking. The voucher / release will take precedence over any and all other contracts and releases. No other release may be signed by the model / talent unless release is pre-approved by the agency. I.T.S. will invoice for model / talent's fees and expenses from information provided on the completed voucher. topAgency FeeA 20% agency service charge will be added to all bookings, travel time and usage fees. top |
