I.T.S. Models and Talent Management provides models and talent for movies, TV shows, commercials, voiceovers, theatre, industrials, and all areas of print work in local, national, and international markets.

We started in 2000 as In The Spotlight, an agency focused on children. In 2004, under new ownership and a new streamlined name, we expanded into adults and now represent close to 300 people of all ages, types, union and non-union, in the New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland and Washington D.C. areas.
As a boutique agency, we pride ourselves on the personable relationships we develop with both our clients and our talent.

I started in the modeling industry. I used my experience to help other models prepare for auditions, shows, and print work.
Eventually, I met various people in the film industry and worked on several independent films. I gained experience with all the moving parts that go on behind the camera.
While that was fun and challenging, I missed working with people and helping them reach their goals and dreams in the Industry. When the opportunity to purchase In The Spotlight was presented to me, I couldn't pass it up!
After all these years in this industry, I still get excited about what I do, who I work with, and the opportunities I provide for people!
My goal is to help models and talent reach their full potential as well as develop long-lasting successful relationships with my clients."
