I.T.S. Models and Talent Management provides models and talent for movies, TV shows, commercials, voiceovers, theatre, industrials, and all areas of print work in local, national, and international markets.
We started in 2000 as In The Spotlight, an agency focused on children. In 2004, under new ownership and a new streamlined name, we expanded into adults and now represent close to 300 people of all ages, types, union and non-union, in the New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland and Washington D.C. areas.
As a boutique agency, we pride ourselves on the personable relationships we develop with both our clients and our talent.

MEET TARA GRAHAM
President & CEO
I’ve been in your position — trying to figure out where to start, how to grow, and how to get real opportunities in this industry. That experience is what drives everything I do today.
I began my career in modeling and quickly found myself helping others prepare for auditions, shows, and print work. As I expanded into film, working on independent projects, I gained a deeper understanding of what happens behind the scenes and what it truly takes to succeed.
While those experiences were valuable, what I was most drawn to was working directly with people — guiding, developing, and helping them move forward with clarity and confidence.
When the opportunity to take over In The Spotlight came along, it felt like the natural next step. It allowed me to bring together everything I had learned and build something focused on both opportunity and development.
To this day, I’m still excited by the work, the relationships, and the potential I see in every individual we represent.
My goal is simple — to help models and talent grow, reach their full potential, and create lasting, successful relationships within the industry.
